By accessing or using Tarmac Quote App ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Tarmac Quote App provides a cloud-based software platform for creating quotes, managing clients, and running tarmac/surfacing contracting businesses. The Service includes:

• Quote creation and management tools
• Client database management
• Material and labour calculators
• PDF generation and email functionality
• Dashboard and reporting features
• Data storage and backup services

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payment

Pricing Plans

Subscription fees are based on your selected plan:

• Solo: £99/month + £199 setup fee
• Starter: £109/month + £199 setup fee
• Professional: £179/month (no setup fee)
• Enterprise: Custom pricing

Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Setup fees are one-time charges
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time with one month's notice. Upon cancellation:

• Your account remains active until the end of the billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial months
• You can download your data before account closure
• We retain your data for 30 days after cancellation

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Use the Service for illegal activities
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tarmac Quote App and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your data remains your property. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your data solely to provide the Service to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tarmac Quote App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you've paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tarmac Quote App from any claims, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes that may affect your use of the Service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
